What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution proposals, and ROI articulation for executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture blueprints.
• Act as a billable, hands-on architect to design and build production-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes using Data Cloud and Agentforce, evolving them into production software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the ongoing delivery of solutions and integrate external systems.
• Create reusable assets and contribute to content creation for webinars and conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or consulting with a focus on Salesforce.
• Must be based in the US or Canada within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Experience as a technical, solution, or enterprise architect leading business workshops.
• Proven ability to capture requirements and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations.
• Background working for a Salesforce SI, ISV, PDO, or internal Salesforce consulting teams.
• Proficiency with AI-powered coding agents and a passion for AI and data transformation.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect).
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) status.
• MBA in addition to formal technical education.
