Solution Director – Data & AI

What you will do

• Lead Data practice propositions, intellectual property, quality, innovation, training, and mentoring.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, including CTOs, CDOs, and CPOs, and build relationships that uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven Data & AI solutions, architectures, delivery models, and roadmaps.
• Support business-case development, pre-sales, opportunity qualification, and deal shaping across client accounts.
• Guide delivery teams, provide senior oversight and technical challenge, and coach colleagues across engagements.
• Drive leveraged revenue impact of around €1m or more.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architectures, and analytics.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology choices to business outcomes.
• Strong solution design, problem-solving, and architecture capabilities in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with engineers and architects.
• Influential communication and leadership skills, from board-level stakeholders through delivery teams.
• Ability to take ownership from concept through execution and build trusted client relationships.
