What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, CPO) to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven Data & AI solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead propositions and Practice IP, driving consistency, quality, and innovation within the Data community.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities to achieve leveraged revenue impact targets of approximately €1m+.
• Provide senior oversight, coaching, and technical challenge across client engagements.
• Develop training and mentoring programs to grow internal technical capability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architectures, and analytics.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology choices to business growth.
• Hands-on builder mentality, comfortable working directly with engineers and architects.
• Strong problem-solving and solution design capability, particularly when navigating ambiguity.
• Influential communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders from the boardroom to delivery teams.
