Sitecore Solutions Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $130,000–$148,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub.
• Develop backend solutions with C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Implement headless experiences using JSS or Next.js alongside modern JavaScript tooling.
• Design content models, integrations, and composable Sitecore patterns.
• Support platform upgrades and migrations from legacy implementations, including XM Cloud migrations.
• Manage Sitecore deployments through CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of Sitecore development experience and six or more years of overall experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js, modern JavaScript, and build tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance-tuning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.
