Operations Support, Entry (Manufacturing)

Location: US-CA-Pacheco-Center Ave; onsite manufacturing and laboratory environment

Salary: $22.34–$34.90 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare, fill, package, and label stock solutions, reagents, and finished products according to approved instructions.
• Operate, set up, clean, and monitor packaging, filling, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment.
• Generate, review, and complete batch records, labels, data sheets, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, safety, SOP, and quality-system requirements while identifying and communicating deviations or equipment issues.
• Monitor supplies, replenish materials, support inventory control and material movement, and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and compliant manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn manufacturing systems and documentation processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and laboratory environment and perform standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials within established facility limits and use laboratory and manufacturing equipment safely.

Nice to have

• Technical training, vocational certification, or coursework in manufacturing, laboratory sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, warehouse, or operations environments.
• Exposure to GMP, ISO, FDA, inventory control, shipping and receiving, batch documentation, or automated production equipment.
