Program and Process Manager II, Product Marketing

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; on-site with 4 days per week in the Seattle offices

Salary: $98,286–$147,428 per year, plus potential annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end programs and major cross-functional workstreams, aligning teams, timelines, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate product creation teams, resolve blockers, track dependencies, and maintain communication across stakeholders.
• Develop integrated work plans, dashboards, milestone tracking, status reports, and program documentation.
• Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues affecting delivery.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and milestone reviews while driving action plans, accountability, and timely decisions.
• Optimize workflows, support capacity and prioritization discussions, and mentor program and process management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 5+ years of experience in program, project, or process management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and significant business impact, preferably in product development.
• Knowledge of program and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday, or Asana.
• Experience with program planning, critical path development, risk management, and integrated workstream oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
