Location: Round Lake, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse operations.

Salary: $46,400–$63,800 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across warehouse locations.
  • Coordinate daily cycle counts, including recounts, validation, documentation, and metric reporting.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Review inventory transactions, adjustments, material movements, inventory status, aging, and FIFO compliance.
  • Support receiving, storage, staging, picking, packing, shipping, physical inventories, and increased-workload periods.
  • Use JDE, RF scanners, GME, C3ME, and other inventory systems while supporting audits, Lean initiatives, and warehouse training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least two years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or related experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship and sponsorship takeover are not available.
  • Must not have allergies to Penicillin or Cephalosporin products.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory accuracy, discrepancy investigation, basic mathematics, reporting, and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP or inventory management systems, preferably JD Edwards and RF scanners.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance, and to work standing in refrigerated environments; English proficiency is required for SOPs, GMP documentation, and training.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ALCOA data integrity principles, and audit readiness.
  • Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or 6S initiatives.
