What you will do

• Champion inventory controls compliance, benchmarking efforts, and process enhancements across assigned locations.
• Manage cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory records remain accurate.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
• Act as the primary resource for inventory teams regarding policies and workflow refinements.
• Support audits, compliance programs, and internal control initiatives.
• Collaborate with dispersed stakeholders while operating from the office setting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in inventory controls, including cycle counting and reconciliations.
• Experience conducting root cause investigations and driving CAPA.
• Familiarity with audits, regulatory compliance, internal control frameworks, and SOP development.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA; sponsorship is not available.
