Lead/Senior Engineer (IoT/IIoT)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle for new IoT and IIoT product categories, from technical requirements and concepts through prototyping, validation, and mass production.
• Define system architecture and lead hardware and firmware development, including PCB layout, sensor integration, power circuits, and communication interfaces.
• Integrate industrial equipment, edge devices, and cloud platforms using sensing, edge computing, and data ingestion and storage solutions.
• Conduct laboratory validation, troubleshoot circuits and communication protocols, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with software, quality, operations teams, and external partners on smart platforms and industrial networking solutions.
• Apply cybersecurity practices, change control, governance, and standards including ETSI, CISPR, Bluetooth SIG, and UK PSTI.

Requirements

• Degree or master's qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in hardware or system design with embedded systems experience.
• Experience with SoC/processors, DDR4, flash memory, USB, PCIe, NVMe, and GbE technologies.
• Strong wireless design and validation experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE.
• Experience with CAD tools such as KiCad and familiarity with VLANs, switches, and firewalls.
• Singapore Citizenship is required. Candidates must be resilient, methodical, curious, able to work independently, and comfortable with security, privacy, and auditability constraints.

• RF engineering and antenna design experience.
