What you will do
- Build, manage, and retain client relationships through outreach, needs assessments, and consultative sales conversations.
- Recommend financial products and services aligned with client goals.
- Educate clients on mobile banking, online banking, ATMs, and other digital banking solutions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine financial center transactions.
- Refer clients to mortgage, business banking, and investment specialists while developing the branch sales pipeline.
- Maintain risk management, compliance, security, and client safety standards and participate in community outreach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least one year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; prior banking experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and expand client relationships and navigate multiple banking systems and digital tools.
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and successful background check required.
- Availability for financial center hours, including weekends and evenings, and travel as required.
- Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and lift or carry approximately 50 pounds when required.
