Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve customer concerns, and educate customers about digital banking and self-service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk and fraud policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support nearby branches when required by business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative sales, communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Digital tools, computer proficiency, basic math, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
