Talent Acquisition Executive (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

hirify.global is an agency under Singapore's Ministry of Defence, supporting recruitment for technical roles across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, and software engineering.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple recruitment channels and strategies.
• Assess applications and identify suitable candidates for diverse technical roles.
• Develop remuneration packages and manage the offer process.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment journey from screening to final placement.
• Analyze talent and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improving talent acquisition outcomes.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, information technology and the technical skills required for the roles.
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive insights from data.
• Planning ability, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Singapore citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Prior agency or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience.
