Principal Recruiter (SaaS)

Location: Singapore; ability to be present in the Singapore office 2–3 days per week is required

What you will do

• Partner with the APJ General Manager and senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Lead full-cycle hiring across APJ, primarily for Go-to-Market roles and, as priorities evolve, other business functions.
• Own complex senior and executive searches from market mapping and candidate engagement through assessment and close.
• Build talent intelligence, networks, and proactive talent pipelines across Singapore and APJ.
• Use recruiting data and market insight to influence decisions and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Improve recruiting processes to increase hiring quality, reduce friction, and accelerate execution.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of Go-to-Market talent across APJ and the Singapore market.
• Experience managing full-cycle hiring across multiple levels, including complex senior and executive searches.
• Experience partnering directly with regional GMs, VPs, and other senior functional leaders.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate across countries, cultures, and time zones with ownership, discretion, and sound judgment.
