What you will do

• Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and system requirements across the full development lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to create and maintain solution documentation.
• Perform functional and thematic reviews of detection solutions to ensure regulatory accuracy.
• Produce functional specifications and user documentation to ensure system alignment with expectations.
• Contribute to project planning, risk identification, and scope management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in financial markets, capital markets, trading operations, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory environments within financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools.
• Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Previous experience in a Trade Surveillance role.
