Associate Director, Programme Management

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop and manage a programme of work for existing and new systems supporting internal business data intelligence.
• Translate requirements into deliverables, defining goals, timelines, priorities, resources, and risks.
• Own project planning, maintain delivery plans, and coordinate internal contributors, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Contribute to user-centric solution design, product roadmaps, product goals, and backlogs.
• Lead testing, implementation, user onboarding, data migration, training, and supporting documentation.
• Drive change adoption, gather user feedback, analyze usage metrics, and support reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing internal project teams and external suppliers.
• Proven experience in platform, product, or technology service deployment and enablement.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and change management methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional, highly matrixed, multi-geographical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, plus Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with AI tools and processes, including Machine Learning and Generative AI; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting solutions.
