What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across the United States, including screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Develop sourcing strategies through industry networking, passive outreach, referrals, and other channels.
• Build relationships with candidates and represent the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
• Advise hiring managers on compensation data, labor market intelligence, and candidate attraction strategies.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and hiring partners on talent acquisition projects and service improvements.
• Communicate recruiting results, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a positive hiring experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in a dynamic recruiting role involving influence and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience recruiting across the United States.
• Experience using Workday and solid computer skills, including Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder partnerships and communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities with urgency and accountability.
• Commitment to data accuracy, recruitment process standards, and understanding business needs.

• Experience recruiting for varied roles across an organization.
• Experience in high-volume, demanding environments such as an agency.
• Experience recruiting for onsite and remote positions across the United States.
