Annual salary ranges from $87,400 to $266,300 USD, depending on location, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Work with customers and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, JavaScript, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP platforms, legacy systems, and other external services.
• Design, develop, QA, release, and launch Salesforce project implementations.
• Contribute major components to internal products used to package and deliver solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior developers while maintaining delivery quality and team cohesion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, primarily with Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Flows.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce deployments, release and multi-environment management, Salesforce APIs, and original code development.
• Experience owning the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle and structured code management.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integrations with external systems.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM, Experience Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent, Omni-Channel, SOS, or Snap-Ins.
• Experience with Node, Angular, or React.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
