ERP/EPM Transformation & Platform Lead (Oracle)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, for Virginia residents; hybrid schedule required with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Core business hours target 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $120,900–$187,000 national annual range, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Own the technology strategy and long-term evolution of Oracle ERP and Enterprise Performance Management platforms.
• Lead requirements, process design, solution validation, implementation planning, conversion readiness, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate Finance, Technology, implementation partners, vendors, and application teams across integrated systems.
• Manage integrations, data conversion, reconciliation, controls, operating models, support models, governance, and knowledge transfer.
• Own the post-go-live platform roadmap, SaaS release evaluation, adoption planning, and strategic enhancements.
• Translate Finance priorities into a governed roadmap while sustaining business outcomes and coordinating data and reporting dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with ERP/EPM implementation and platform ownership.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis or Product Analysis experience with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Experience partnering with IT, cloud, data engineering, security, and business teams in controlled environments.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives or small technical teams, manage resources and priorities, and communicate risks and tradeoffs.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for code translation, modernization, testing, documentation, or developer productivity, with appropriate review and controls.

• Experience mentoring team members and supporting their upskilling in Python programming.
