Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States. The federal client requires US citizenship and Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $126,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Build enterprise solutions that automate business processes, improve collaboration, and support mission-critical tasks.
• Guide certified Citizen Developers and foster effective platform development practices.
• Interface with customer leadership and users at all levels to produce and steward governed, well-supported solutions.
• Support every stage of development and provide feedback on continuous operations and support.
• Work independently, communicate proactively, and solve problems during development and discovery.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Public Trust clearance is required.
• Proven development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience building, configuring, and optimizing enterprise solutions.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and engage with leadership and users.
