Senior Power Platform Developer (ECM Migration)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States. The role may require nights and weekend migration work, with compensatory or flexible scheduling.

Salary: $126,000–$170,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions.
• Build applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Framework, Power BI, and custom connectors.
• Develop and optimize Copilot extensions, prompts, and conversational experiences.
• Document architectures, dependencies, deployment procedures, test plans, results, and user guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge transfer, continuous operations, and customer collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers and support enterprise-scale ECM and network share migration activities.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required for the federal client, along with Public Trust clearance eligibility.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in at least one area: enterprise SharePoint document or content management, network share analysis, enterprise records management, or on-premises-to-cloud network share migration.
• 5+ years developing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions, including ALM across DEV, QA, and PROD.
• 2+ years developing with Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Studio and prompt engineering.
• Required by the start date: PL-900 certification. Strong communication, documentation, solution architecture, administration, and mentoring skills are required.

Nice to have

• PL-100, PL-200, or Copilot-related certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform CoE, AI Builder, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Entra service principals, and Azure integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
