Senior Enterprise Applications Developer (NetSuite)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with hybrid options for candidates within commuting distance of offices in Fremont, California, Salem, Oregon, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Current U.S. work authorization is required.

Base salary: $121,000–$190,000 USD annually, depending on location, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, enhance, and support the enterprise application portfolio, with primary ownership of NetSuite ERP.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and process improvements.
• Configure NetSuite workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and related platform capabilities.
• Design and support secure, reliable integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Maintain application architecture, security controls, audit compliance, data governance, and Segregation of Duties policies.
• Document solutions and support procedures while providing guidance and training to business users and support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, including significant hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow, and platform administration.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, change management, data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
• Understanding of RBAC, Segregation of Duties, audit controls, security best practices, and regulatory requirements such as SOX.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• SuiteScript 2.x and JavaScript experience for automating business processes and extending NetSuite.
• SuiteQL, SuiteCloud Development Framework, source control, and CI/CD deployment experience.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies or iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certification.
