SAP Operations Coordinator

Location: 6050 East North Belt Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite

Base salary: $54,100–$64,064 USD annually, plus participation in an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide hourly coordination support for 3PL distribution center operations, including order flow, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and issue resolution.
• Monitor SAP transactions, research errors, assist with corrections, validate order status, and escalate system or process issues.
• Prepare daily reporting on operational volume, backlog, shipping status, service performance, inventory issues, aged orders, and open transactions.
• Coordinate with 3PL site leadership and internal operations, customer service, planning, inventory, transportation, and leadership teams.
• Monitor dashboards, SAP queues, exception reports, and operational tools to identify gaps, aging items, and missed transactions.
• Support inventory accuracy, recurring issue resolution, standard work updates, and approved continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or relevant technical or operations coursework is preferred.
• At least 24 months of applicable warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, transportation, customer service, order management, or operations-support experience.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, order-management, inventory, or reporting systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping and receiving transactions, order flow, inventory accuracy, and distribution center performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritization, organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, standard work, or continuous improvement are preferred.
