Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Location: Onsite at 11401 Harmon Road, Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Day shift, with willingness to work any shift, including nights and weekends, based on business demand.

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annual base salary target; full base pay range of $64,196–$106,994, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage distribution operations, customer service, recruiting, and related facility activities.
• Lead staff performance by hiring, training, coaching, motivating team members, and setting team goals.
• Track operational KPIs and use data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Maintain customer and merchant satisfaction while improving facility productivity and supporting revenue goals.
• Establish and enforce safety standards, procedures, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes meet safety, quality, legality, and standard operating procedure requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Established record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction and stand or walk continuously during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and push or pull frequently.
