Insurance Compliance Analyst (Commercial Lending)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote per week

Salary: $40–$41 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for insurance questions, coverage requirements, and investor guidelines.
• Review insurance policies, certificates, statements of values, invoices, and proof of payment for compliance.
• Track renewals and obtain invoices, paid receipts, and evidence of insurance within 30 days of renewal.
• Review loan documents, appraisals, engineering and seismic reports, and Phase I environmental reports to determine insurance requirements.
• Process insurance waivers and exceptions with supporting documentation and prepare lender reports.
• Maintain insurance records in enterprise servicing systems and Salesforce while supporting casualty, claims, and front-end servicing activities.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial insurance, insurance risk, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insurance guidelines.
• Experience reviewing insurance policies and commercial loan documentation.
• Experience with insurance renewals, coverage compliance, waivers, and exceptions.
• Ability to work onsite in McLean four days per week.
