Environmental Compliance Project Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to meet environmental compliance obligations and align actions with construction schedules.
• Partner with Permit Managers to interpret permit conditions and communicate environmental approval requirements to construction teams.
• Manage environmental and construction consultants, including inspections, reporting, agency discussions, submissions, and field compliance guidance.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks involving stormwater, wetlands, streams, threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservation, and air compliance.
• Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement for new data center builds.
• Plan and execute environmental compliance activities from pre-construction through operational turnover and contribute to the Environmental Excellence program.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with data center construction and commissioning standards and practices.
• Experience managing environmental compliance planning and execution for pre-construction activities and operational turnover.
• Ability to communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining and reporting project status throughout construction delivery.
• Ability to work on-site at client and partner locations in San Antonio, Texas.
