Senior Project Manager (Electrical Data Center Construction)

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas; openings are also listed in Afton, Austin, Temple, and Turkey, Texas. Ability to work at active construction sites most of the time is required, with up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and AI data center campus projects from site development through commissioning and turnover.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors while coordinating resources, procurement, vendors, and materials.
• Monitor execution, safety, quality, budgets, timelines, and project status, taking action on deviations and communicating with clients.
• Manage scope changes and change orders, maintain project documentation, and prepare progress reports.
• Complete project reviews, final deliverables, reports, and invoices during project closure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction or large-scale industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, safety, and quality standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, take-off meetings, change order requests, and client communications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to safely navigate active job sites, including uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and outdoor construction environments.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools; Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 experience is encouraged.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification.
