Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Total compensation: $200,000–$232,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the core learner platform experience for college students, alumni, working engineers, and learners participating through partner institutions.
• Translate learning, retention, and engagement objectives into a prioritized product roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Take AI-assisted learner experiences, including AI tutoring and AI grading, from prototype through production.
• Use AI across research, prototyping, requirements, analysis, experimentation, and delivery.
• Define metrics and experiments to improve learning rate, engagement, retention, and platform quality at scale.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams while mentoring and aligning stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience owning and improving live products used regularly by customers or learners.
• Experience scaling an existing product while maintaining or improving quality, engagement, and user outcomes.
• Demonstrated AI-native product practices across prototyping, analysis, requirements, and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills, including product metrics, data interpretation, experiment design, and evidence-based decisions.
• Strong product judgment, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, Framer, SQL, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable tools.
• Experience in edtech, learning platforms, consumer education, or learning science.
• Experience with AI tutoring, adaptive learning, personalization, or similar AI-enabled learning products.
• Founder experience or experience in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment.
