Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, three days a week in the New York or London office

Salary: £100,000–£150,000 base per year, plus meaningful equity

An AI startup building a document intelligence platform for real estate, finance, and other real-asset industries, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors.

What you will do

• Own a critical product area end-to-end, from customer insight through to shipped, polished product.
• Translate product direction and live enterprise customer feedback into focused, high-quality releases.
• Work closely with engineering and customers, including renewals, broken workflows, and high-stakes product commitments.
• Drive adoption and revenue by improving product demos, sales enablement, and customer outcomes.
• Invent AI-native experiences involving agentic workflows, streaming outputs, document intelligence, confidence signals, and human-AI collaboration.
• Maintain lightweight, reliable communication and product processes across founders, engineering, sales, customer success, and customers.

Requirements

• Shipped AI products used by real customers, with informed opinions on agentic systems, evaluations, and probabilistic outputs.
• Strong personal AI craft and experience using AI-native tools; able to ship small code changes to unblock product work.
• Commercial mindset focused on adoption, revenue, and how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and expand products.
• Personally shipped product within the last 12 months; able to use Figma, write briefs, prototype, cut scope, and make product decisions.
• Experience handling high-stakes customer conversations, renewals, broken products, and delivery commitments.
• Comfort with startup pace, ambiguity, high ownership, active communication, and lightweight process.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, or construction.
• Experience with complex data products involving extraction, search, or intelligence rather than pure SaaS CRUD.
• Platform thinking across systems, APIs, skills, and compounding product capabilities.
• Ability to touch code for prototyping or self-unblocking.
