TL;DR
Product Manager (EdTech): Supporting the discovery, definition, development, and launch of software products and enhancements for a K–12 math portfolio with an accent on customer research, product requirements, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, refining user stories and acceptance criteria, and using AI-enabled tools for prototyping, documentation, and validation.

Location: Remote, United States; up to approximately 20% travel required.

Salary: $89,745–$110,000 per year, plus potential incentive, commission, or annual bonus pay.

What you will do

  • Support problem discovery, solution discovery, product design, implementation, and go-to-market activities for assigned software products, features, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product design, curriculum, product marketing, sales, and customer success to define customer needs, product requirements, enablement, and launch readiness.
  • Facilitate customer and user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, and related product artifacts.
  • Clarify dependencies, communicate priorities, and support planning and alignment across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Own assigned product enhancements or feature work from discovery through delivery and communicate product updates, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or education, plus at least two years of experience in product management, software product development, or business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting software products, digital products, or technology-enabled solutions through the product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer feedback, user research, product data, and stakeholder input to guide product decisions.
  • Familiarity with agile or lean development practices and comfort working independently while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% and maintain a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Nice to have

  • Research, testing, or data analysis experience.
  • Interest in education curricula, including core and supplemental materials.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools, prototyping tools, product analytics, or related technologies.
