What you will do

• Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for Project Opal.
• Translate customer needs and AI capabilities into actionable product investments.
• Prototype ideas and validate assumptions through experimentation and direct customer feedback.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Research to ship new product experiences.
• Navigate ambiguous problem spaces to create clarity and alignment across teams.
• Shape the future of AI-powered work within the hirify.global 365 ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, or program management.
• Ability to pass hirify.global Cloud background check and ongoing security screenings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of identifying customer problems and delivering successful product outcomes.
• Experience operating effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building productivity, workflow, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and product development.
• Experience taking products to market and improving key product metrics.
