Intern - Instructional Design and Training Development (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop online learning modules, microlearning content, storyboards, instructional outlines, learner interactions, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Create graphics, infographics, visual assets, video elements, narration support, and other multimedia content.
• Support SCORM course packaging, testing, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and course deployment.
• Review course accessibility, navigation, usability, and learner experience against WCAG and VPAT-related requirements.
• Maintain and update training materials in response to regulatory and industry changes.
• Research cybersecurity awareness training, instructional design, e-learning technologies, artificial intelligence in learning, and adult learning strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum and instruction, communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in technology, learning, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance training.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate Storyline, video editing tools, LMS platforms, graphic design software, or AI tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility concepts.
• Portfolio featuring design, coursework, or content creation projects.
