What you will do

• Define product vision, OKRs, and success metrics for the tax product domain.
• Develop high-quality product requirements, user stories, and customer-centered roadmaps.
• Lead customer discovery, voice-of-customer research, and workflow analysis to validate solution hypotheses.
• Integrate AI and agentic tools into product experiences and internal development lifecycles.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to drive commercialization, pricing, and GTM strategies.
• Monitor product success metrics (adoption, retention, revenue) to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts to leverage them as force multipliers.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery and perform jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from Coppell, TX.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in tax, accounting, or financial technology (Fintech).
