Associate Product Manager (Industrial Products)

Location: Onsite at the Corporate HQ in Easton, Pennsylvania, USA. Domestic and international travel of approximately 15% is required. No visa sponsorship or OPT applicants at this time; relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Manage mechanical product lines across launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages.
• Analyze portfolio profitability, margins, market performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive response.
• Lead product optimization, consolidation, SKU rationalization, product transitions, and obsolescence programs.
• Support new product development through market research, business cases, pricing evaluations, and commercialization strategies.
• Coordinate alpha and beta testing, including test-site logistics, customer feedback, and performance documentation.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams on product training and portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Understanding of product development processes, margin analysis, cost drivers, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Easton, Pennsylvania, USA; visa sponsorship and OPT applications are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with mechanical, fluid, or piping systems, including HVAC, fire protection, industrial piping, or construction products.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product data sheets.
• Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, product transitions, or industrial manufacturing.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems or data analysis tools.
