Temporary Talent Sourcing Partner (Biotechnology)

Location: Remote or on-site at the Dunkirk, New York campus; preference for candidates located in the Buffalo, New York area. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with manager-approved flexibility.

Salary: $4,547–$5,000 bi-weekly in national markets; $5,247–$5,770 bi-weekly in premium markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and Boston.

What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to define business needs, critical skill sets, and target candidate profiles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for specialized, technical, critical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, databases, and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current openings and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research covering relevant companies, talent pools, and specialized expertise.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate response rates, qualified prospects, pipeline strength, and recruiting conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience developing pipelines for specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong research, communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and platforms.
• Experience conducting talent mapping and researching talent markets and competitor organizations.
