Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location: Remote, Connecticut; hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Build and own sourcing pipelines and candidate pools for key healthcare positions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.
• Identify strategic search opportunities and support search strategies for priority roles.
• Manage job postings across external job boards.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet research, and social media.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and document candidate interest, salary expectations, and relocation needs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated sourcing or recruiting results.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Strong intuition for culture fit when screening candidates.
