What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse field and corporate roles across assigned regions.
• Manage high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a focus on candidate quality and hiring manager partnership.
• Recruit for critical healthcare and operational positions including counselors, nurses, and leadership.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, and market research to engage passive talent.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and evaluations to ensure strong alignment in skills and culture.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and compliance documentation within the ATS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or multi-site environments.
• Proven success recruiting for both field-based and corporate office positions.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience.
• Ability to build credibility and influence with hiring managers at all levels.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Dallas office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
