System of Systems Architect Engineer (NAVWAR)

What you will do

• Provide systems engineering, integration, administration, and architecture support for Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing programs.
• Develop and maintain system-of-systems, modular open systems, enterprise, and NAVWAR architectures across the full lifecycle.
• Perform requirements analysis, systems design, modeling and simulation, integration, testing, evaluation, validation, and field demonstration support.
• Support classified and unclassified objectives, acquisition planning, milestone decisions, documentation, briefings, and program strategies.
• Coordinate with PNT providers, consumers, platform hosts, Army organizations, PEOs, AFC stakeholders, vendors, and external support organizations.
• Provide expertise in Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, and PNT, including technical recommendations for system design and acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Active or current Secret security clearance is required; Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or systems engineering, or equivalent, with at least seven years of DoD systems-of-systems engineering experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with at least five years of experience.
• Experience building architecture for NAVWAR Attack and supporting acquisition activities.
• Subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, and Army PNT technologies.
• Experience with systems engineering, system integration, requirements development, architecture documentation, and technical reviews.
