Salary: $110,448–$155,000 USD annually.

Company

hirify.global provides engineering, science, systems integration, and advanced technology solutions for government and commercial missions across ground, air, space, and information systems.

What you will do

  • Define mission-level integration objectives, mission threads, measurable effects, time-to-field targets, and evidence requirements.
  • Reconcile competing architectures, technical baselines, interfaces, data flows, standards, and cybersecurity boundaries.
  • Build trusted relationships across government mission leaders, program offices, operators, acquisition teams, technical authorities, test organizations, and industry partners.
  • Map milestones, critical paths, funding decisions, contracts, test resources, facilities, training, cybersecurity, production, and transition activities against a common delivery window.
  • Define integration agreements covering interface ownership, data exchanges, configuration boundaries, entry and exit criteria, decision rights, evidence owners, and escalation paths.
  • Lead technical interchange meetings, architecture sessions, dependency reviews, demonstrations, mission-thread events, and executive decision forums through fielding and operational acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in electrical, aerospace, software engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience integrating complex defense, intelligence, space, cyber, communications, or mission programs.
  • Experience reconciling architectures and baselines, creating dependency views and milestone networks, and defining integration criteria and interface agreements.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority, resolve conflicts, challenge unsupported assumptions, and maintain accountability across organizational boundaries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare architecture options, decision papers, roadmaps, risk views, and leader briefings.
  • Must work in a hybrid environment in Colorado Springs, support periodic coordination or travel to Albuquerque, be a U.S. citizen, and hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or credentials in acquisition, architecture, integration, program leadership, product delivery, cybersecurity, data analytics, or conflict resolution.
  • Experience with satellite control, telemetry, tracking and control, command and control, space-ground, or mission management capabilities.
  • Experience with modular open architectures, interface standards, APIs, data models, data-rights strategies, and competitive capability increments.
  • Experience with digital integration environments, mission-thread modeling, automated evidence, integrated test events, operational demonstrations, transition, sustainment, production, or fielding.
  • Current Top Secret or TS/SCI eligibility.

Culture & Benefits

  • Regular full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Positive and supportive working environment.
  • Work supporting critical government and commercial missions involving safety, security, and resiliency.
  • Background check covering the previous seven years.
