What you will do

• Manage system and derived requirements and allocate them across hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
• Develop system concepts, physical architectures, design solutions, operational concepts, and interface standards.
• Prepare and review systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capability Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate requirements, design, configuration, integration, verification, testing, and action-item resolution across multiple teams.
• Develop DoDAF operational, technical standards, and systems and services views, as well as service-oriented architecture solutions.
• Assess system performance, program risks, information assurance requirements, and certification and accreditation needs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI with FSP security clearance are required.
• Level 2: 14 years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Level 3: 20 years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• IAT Level 2 certification.
