Reddit Copywriter (SEO)

Location: Remote; applicants must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Write high-effort Reddit text posts, deep-dive guides, AMA scripts, and informative breakdowns for personal finance, automotive, and frugality communities.
• Develop authentic Reddit-native copy using appropriate tone, formatting, structure, and community context.
• Draft real-time replies to comments and inquiries in a helpful, conversational voice.
• Experiment with narrative hooks, TL;DRs, bullet structures, case studies, and publishing times to improve organic reach and trust.
• Create search-optimized Reddit content designed to perform well in Google results and serve as reference material for AI models.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Product teams to adapt company insights into accurate Reddit-first messaging.

Requirements

• Active Reddit user with substantial experience writing for the platform.
• 3+ years of copywriting experience across short- and long-form content.
• Ability to explain complex insurance, financial, automotive, and vehicle-maintenance topics clearly and engagingly.
• Strong understanding of subreddit formatting, subculture nuances, hooks, and community engagement.
• Ability to receive feedback from internal teams and public communities and refine writing accordingly.
• Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
