UX Copywriter (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the UK; office-based Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote working Tuesday and Friday

What you will do

• Create clear, engaging UX copy across the app and website, including new features and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers from discovery through launch.
• Write and optimise help articles, FAQs, SEO content, customer communications, and operational content.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements to produce clear, helpful, and compliant content.
• Use customer insight, data, and testing to improve content and customer journeys.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and wider business initiatives with specialist copy.

Requirements

• Strong experience creating content for digital products, using words to solve customer problems.
• Ability to switch between product thinking and brand thinking.
• Strong understanding of UX writing, content design, tone of voice, and customer communications.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to refine copy until it is effective.
• Collaborative approach to working with designers, product managers, marketers, and developers.
• Experience with Figma is important.

• Experience writing for SEO.
