Social & Technical Content Manager (Web3)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $110K–$150K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own editorial planning and daily execution for social channels, primarily X and LinkedIn.
• Shape content pillars, channel strategy, ambassador programs, and other growth initiatives with Marketing leadership.
• Build a story pipeline with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Interview engineers, product leaders, customers, and executives to develop credible stories.
• Turn launch briefs, product demos, technical documentation, engineering interviews, and customer results into social posts, videos, emails, and long-form content.
• Develop repeatable formats and distribution plans, partner with designers and video producers, and use AI and performance data to improve content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating social or technical content for a company, product, or expert.
• Work samples demonstrating strong storytelling, including a social-first example and a clear explanation of a technical subject.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, trends, concise writing, and rigorous editing.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to verify claims using documentation, demos, and subject-matter experts.
• Experience collaborating with technical and creative teams, managing feedback, and keeping launches moving.
• Ability to develop video concepts and scripts and explain content performance and improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in social media, developer relations, technical content, developer education, or product marketing.
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or Web3.
• On-camera experience or video editing skills.
