Content Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own content strategy end to end and connect it to pipeline and brand goals.
• Manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and other channels.
• Write, edit, and publish content aligned with the company voice and business objectives.
• Build SEO- and GEO-driven content programs to improve discoverability and inbound demand.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and founders to develop case studies and explain technical capabilities to enterprise buyers.
• Track content performance, collaborate on visual assets, and establish the foundation for a future content team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content, editorial, or content marketing, including ownership of strategy.
• Experience building a content function or brand voice from the ground up, preferably in an early-stage startup or enterprise environment.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to write in a founder’s, customer’s, or company’s voice.
• Comfort with content analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Good taste, basic design skills, and the ability to use AI tools for copy and design.
• High sense of urgency and strong execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial and operations-heavy enterprise markets.
• Experience building and managing a content or editorial team.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Contentful, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and interest in GEO optimization.
