Compensation: $120K – $180K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content strategy and tie it directly to pipeline and brand goals.
• Set and manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and other channels.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with the brand voice.
• Build and execute SEO and GEO-driven content programs to drive discoverability.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to turn customer wins into case studies.
• Translate technical product capabilities into narratives for enterprise buyers.

Requirements

• 6+ years in content, editorial, or content marketing with real strategy ownership.
• Track record of building a content function or voice from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• Exceptional written communication skills and ability to adapt to different voices.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Basic design skills and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate production.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial enterprise verticals.
• Prior experience building and managing a content or editorial team.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Contentful, or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and excitement for GEO optimization.
