Project Manager I (Banking)

Location: Bengaluru, India; remote work is allowed, with an Eastern Standard Time schedule typically from 8am to 5pm for U.S.-based clients

What you will do

• Implement new banking products for banks and credit unions.
• Manage several complex projects and customer implementations simultaneously.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, maintain project management systems, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate product, engineering, QA, vendor, and other internal and external teams to install products and resolve issues.
• Represent hirify.global in client calls, email communications, and internal or external meetings.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure documentation and support effective team communication.

Requirements

• Three years of project management experience or a three-year degree.
• Seven years of general IT experience and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• General understanding of software-as-a-service systems and familiarity with banking environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and OneNote.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and work independently with limited supervision.
