Project Manager III – Implementation

Location: Remote from India; shift 3 from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, with flexibility to work any shift as required by projects.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, multi-phase programs covering infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, data center migrations, private cloud, and enterprise hosting.
• Own program planning, execution, governance, roadmaps, dashboards, risk mitigation, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, operations, leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver business-critical infrastructure outcomes.
• Manage complex enterprise and customer-facing implementations with contractual, SLA, financial, security, and regulatory accountability.
• Facilitate steering committee updates, senior leadership communications, and executive escalations.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive agile adoption, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of project or program management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs with global impact and managing significant risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, including work with C-level stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project and program management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with private, public, or hybrid cloud, networking and security, virtualization and storage, Windows/Linux operating systems, databases, and backup solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
