Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

Location: London, UK. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available. Occasional travel within the region and globally is required.

What you will do

• Lead and complete implementation projects for new clients using the hirify.global platform.
• Assess add-on projects and provide partner delivery assurance.
• Use financial and technical expertise to transition client data and workflows onto the platform.
• Set, manage, and communicate expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Contribute to scalable tools and processes and develop regional platform expertise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or a related field.
• Client-facing experience in implementation or solution design.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Independent, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in both finance and technology, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and global teams.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Scripting or programming experience, especially Python.
• Familiarity with investment management software or enterprise technology implementations.
• Project management background.
