GRC Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead customer adoption projects and professional services engagements across the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Manage project delivery, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, project efficiency, and escalation of delays or overruns.
• Support business development through discovery calls, scoping, RFP responses, and statements of work.
• Develop strategies to increase adoption of hirify.global solutions and expand GRC use cases.
• Build business solutions leveraging the hirify.global product suite and provide customers with rollout and execution guidance.
• Coach and mentor team members and support practice management, resource scheduling, timesheet approvals, and profitability.

Requirements

• Successful track record managing project delivery for enterprise or enterprise customers.
• Experience working in dynamic and complex technical or regulatory environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, process adherence, and accountability for customer outcomes.
• Effective communication with customers and stakeholders across all project-related matters.
• Ability to lead or follow according to the situation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the governance, risk, and compliance domain.
• Persuasion, influence, presentation, public speaking, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to solve business problems through technology and process changes.
• Experience with project status tracking, reporting, and issue escalation.
