Senior Lead, IAM Platform Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead global IAM platform operations, support teams, and service management functions.
• Own availability, resilience, capacity planning, upgrades, lifecycle management, and operational performance for IAM platforms.
• Establish service-level objectives, operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive automation, self-service capabilities, continuous improvement, and operational risk reduction.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management, including executive communications and root-cause remediation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Governance, Risk, and Technology Operations teams while managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and service performance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or technology operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise platforms or operational teams.
• Strong expertise in identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting critical security platforms in large, highly regulated organizations, with strong knowledge of ITIL, service management, operational resilience, and risk management.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, and cloud identity platforms.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Microsoft security certifications.
