Cyber Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Base salary: $104,300–$193,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage security controls across enterprise systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, proxy, endpoint protection, and other security technologies.
• Work with CyberSecurity Architects to plan, propose, and implement security controls and platforms.
• Define system security requirements, support audit readiness, perform gap analyses, and prepare operating procedures and technical reports.
• Develop technical solutions, deploy security tools, and automate repeatable tasks to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Participate in incident response, change management, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, or CSSP.
• Fluent English and the ability to collaborate with a multicultural, international team.
• Experience with network security, networking technologies, operating system security, database security, and security monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience building real-time analytics and data pipelines from different sources.
• Experience developing microservices with REST frameworks and exposing or consuming data through APIs.
