Principal - IAM Platform Operations (Cybersecurity): Leading the stability, modernization, automation, and governance of enterprise IAM platforms with an accent on identity governance, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and operational resilience. Focus on designing reliable platform operations, resolving systemic incidents, building observability and executive reporting, and coordinating cross-functional execution in a regulated environment.
Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Serve as the senior technical and operational authority for IAM platform operations and service management.
- Define operational standards, support models, monitoring strategies, and reliability practices across IAM services.
- Lead platform modernization, automation, observability, resiliency, and service maturity initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture on platform design, scalability, recoverability, and production readiness.
- Lead root cause analysis, incident remediation, service health reporting, and executive performance dashboards.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, control validation, and technical mentorship.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
- Deep expertise in identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and non-human identity.
- Experience supporting and optimizing large-scale enterprise IAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform operations, service reliability, automation, cloud technologies, and operational resilience.
- Ability to influence technical strategy and lead cross-functional execution in highly regulated, control-driven environments.
- U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, and related IAM technologies.
- Experience with cloud identity platforms, automation frameworks, and operational analytics.
- Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, and industry-standard security control frameworks.
- CISSP, CISM, CyberArk, Saviynt, Microsoft Security, or similar certifications.
