Workforce IAM Senior Technology Manager

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Relocation package provided.

Salary: $167,600–$279,400 annual USD.

What you will do

• Lead the workforce Identity & Access Management strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution across the organization.
• Provide executive leadership for IdP engineering, access provisioning, recertifications, role-based access controls, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Oversee privileged access management, credential vaulting, privileged session controls, secrets management, and administrative access monitoring.
• Drive identity service modernization, automation, application onboarding, and centralized identity governance.
• Partner with technology, architecture, risk, audit, compliance, and security teams to strengthen identity controls and security-by-design practices.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, risk reduction, regulatory engagement, and continuous improvement across IAM functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a combined minimum of 13 years of higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in the relevant cybersecurity function.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity Identity & Access Management principles.
• Must be based in Buffalo, NY and work onsite, with work-from-home flexibility one day per week.
