Customer Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid work with frequent travel to UK client sites for at least 10% of working hours

What you will do

• Scope customer implementation projects, define project boundaries, set milestones, and align data migration timelines with operational objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with project sponsors and owners while leading internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate complex data migration tracks, maintain data integrity, and tailor delivery workflows to customer needs.
• Identify implementation risks, create mitigation plans, manage escalations, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate user support and training programmes to achieve adoption targets and provide functional and technical guidance on the MIS platform.
• Manage concurrent project lifecycles, prepare compliance documentation, and present status updates to executives.

Requirements

• Professional experience in customer onboarding, project management, project coordination, or a specialised software role.
• Experience managing complex systems change and working with agile delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior corporate or academic stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced use of CRM platforms, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Adaptability in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to UK client sites for a minimum of 10% of working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of management information systems, Multi-Academy Trusts, or sixth-form colleges.
